Delivery Policy

Delivery time for International varies depending on the destination. All prices are displayed in UK GBP and customers will be billed in their local currency. Pricing includes VAT for all UK & International customers. 

You may however be charged import duties and taxes upon receiving the goods in your country.

Delivering to Ireland

Since August 2021, AN post have electronically taken over post coming into Ireland, so there may be customs charged on items arriving from outside the EU. Please contact them on 353 (1) 705 7600 with any specific enquiries.

We now deliver to Ireland with DHL, Express Delivery (usually taking 2 days) 

FREE delivery to Ireland with over £60 spend.

Tracking your order

You will receive two emails once you have placed your order and provided us with a valid email address.

The first confirms that your order has been received and will contain your payment receipt, this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.

The second confirms that your order has been posted (any tracking information will be included) this email should arrive within approximately 1 business day following authorisation of your debit/credit card and verification of your information.


Delivery times are based on standard working days (Monday to Saturday). We post orders each day, Monday to Saturday. All orders are sent within 1 day of order confirmation.

We want you to enjoy your products as soon as possible, this means we strive to dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed (subject to payment authorisation and stock availability). If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.

We are closed on public holidays and deliveries will not be made on bank holidays. During these times orders will be processed the next working day. During busy periods orders may take longer than the estimated timeframes.


Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. For this reason we will happily issue an exchange or refund to the original payment method for any unopened merchandise, if it is returned within 28 days of the date of purchase.

All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and be unopened and in a saleable condition.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before shipment has been fulfilled by emailing us at notifying us that you wish to cancel.
